Our History

The inception of Batis Aramin emanated from the youthful vision of Mr. Filomeno D. Valde. Even in his early years, the property, a family acquisition, stood as a beloved spot for picnics among his friends. It's a land of blessing, with elders narrating tales of it being a refuge for the Holy Sepulcher (Mahal na Senyor) during World War II.

Enchanted by its lush fields, rich flora, refreshing air, and the continuous flow of pristine water from the spring, Aramin, Mr. Valde envisioned transforming it into a picturesque resort.

In pursuit of this dream, a pool and numerous cottages were constructed, officially opening to the public in the Easter of 1997. The opening attracted thousands of enthusiastic visitors, as it was the sole resort in the area at the time. Consequently, it earned the classification of a Special Interest Resort by the Department of Tourism.

Over the years, the resort expanded, introducing additional overnight cottages, a 14-room hotel in 2005, a versatile sports court in 2006, air-conditioned multipurpose halls, and several villas in 2007. The continuous developments underscored Batis Aramin's commitment to offering an enriching and tranquil experience to its guests, amidst its historical and natural splendor.
